Glowing in the color of green is the Anahata or Heart Chakra. The center of love, compassion and peace.
Located in the middle of your chest, is the balance and bridge between the lower earthly chakras and upper spiritual chakras. Developing in the young adult years of age 21-28.
Connecting physically to the lungs, heart and thymus. Physical and mental illnesses can be connected to emotional trauma stored here, like autoimmune diseases, anxiety, muscular tightness and heart problems.

When this center of love and awareness is opened you will discover inner peace, self love, self worth, self respect, compassion, ability to grieve, kindness, acceptance, forgiveness, unconditional love, empathy, respect and love for the earth and feeling deeply connected. All of these positive attributes are given to self and to others.
This 4th chakra houses the emotions of the heart, some causing wounds and scars. When this chakra is closed or unbalanced you may have unresolved emotions and feelings, hold grudges, grief, apathy, heart break, hopelessness, abandonment, over loving, loneliness, regrets, bitterness, depression and feel disconnected.
When the heart chakra is overworked, one may experience a heaviness or excessive energy in the heart space which is also called anxiety.
